This program is only available to active employees.
Dependents of Retirees are not eligible

• 10 to 16-year-old children & grandchildren of active GM employees (hourly and salary) are invited to PDC 51
• Time: 9am – 1:30pm
• Lunch will be provided – employees will be invited to eat lunch with their child/grandchild
• Employees are responsible for making arrangements for transportation to and from our facility
• Children must arrive at the Security/front door entrance no earlier than 8:30am and no later than 9am.
• Children must exit through Security/front door
• The agenda will consist of various activities
• No open toe/heel shoes will be permitted.

► For planning purposes it is imperative that the registration form be filled out and returned to the Personnel Department no later that 4pm Tuesday, April 10, 2007. Only properly registered children will be allowed to participate.

► Please note: All participants must follow the agenda prepared for the day. No child will “shadow” an employee throughout the day.
