UAW Region 8 Labor Essay Scholarship Contest

$3200.00 will be awarded each year in each state of Region 8. Any graduating High School senior who plans on attending an accredited college or university commencing with the fall term of 2008 may enter this contest. The prizes will be:

First Prize - $1200, Second Prize - $1000, Third Prize - $600.00 and Fourth Prize - $400.00. All judging will be conducted by an independent educational facility within the state. February 28, 2008 is the Deadline... no exceptions. (All entries must be postmarked by February 28th)
